Two-Layer Chocolate Fudge
Bottom layer: Classic chocolate fudge
Ingredients:
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter together.
- Stir constantly until smooth and fully combined.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Set aside.
Top layer: White chocolate swirl or frosting layer
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Optional: crushed cookies, sprinkles, or nuts
Instructions:
- In a clean saucepan, melt white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir until smooth.
- Pour gently over the set (but still slightly soft) bottom layer.
- Swirl lightly with a knife if you want a marbled effect, or leave it clean for a sharp two-layer look.
- Add toppings if desired.
Finishing
- Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours (overnight is best).
- Lift out using parchment paper and cut into squares.
